Every trip we have to make a plan to stop in Epcot at the German Pavillion, at least once but usually twice,  to use some of our snack credits (and some cash) to get treats at Karamell-Kuche. If you have never stopped here, as you walked through Germany you could probably smell it. Just as you get to the door the buttery-toffee smell fills the air. If I could buy this smell as a perfume I would. It is that amazing!

There is usually a bit of a line waiting to order but that gives you time to peruse the wonderful dipped apples, pretzels, caramels and other treats in the display cases and make up your mind about what you would like.

If you are lucky as you wind your way through the shop you will see them making some of your treats and this delicious caramel corn. I detest the brown crunchy stuff that most people call caramel corn. This is buttery, toffee covered little pieces of heaven. My favorite is when it is still warm! Yes, warm. It is pure sugary goodness. I get a large bag just for myself each time we go. I savor it over the 10 days we are there picking up one last bag to take home with me just as we leave Walt Disney World.

Last time we were there three of us tried the Salted Caramel. This one was the milk chocolate but we also had the dark chocolate too. The caramel inside is sticky and sweet. The hint of salt on top adds the perfect balance to the sweetness. I preferred the dark chocolate to the milk chocolate as I thought it balanced the salty/sweet balance better but others in my group preferred the milk chocolate. To each his own.

My son chose these Caramel Creams as his treat this trip. He likes to try something different each time we go. He thought they were much better than the little caramels with cream filling you buy by the bag in the drug store. He was so happy he chose these.
