Dinner again? What are we eating tonight? We all probably have said this before, right? I mean, sometimes cooking is hard, especially when we are lazy, tired, running out of ideas, or simply don’t want to. The good news is that if you do get bored of the same recipes and cooking routines, you have come to the right place. In this post, I want to share with you three unique and healthy Chinese food recipes (click for link to site) about beef tenderloin. Probably you won’t expect them elsewhere (except in really really authentic Chinese restaurants)! Yes, we are talking about REAL Chinese food made at home, right in your kitchen!

Beef tenderloin is a good source of protein, iron, minerals, Vitamins B and all kinds of amino acids. It is a low-fat source of linoleic acid and antioxidants. Beef is especially good for kids’ diet. It can boost muscle growth, improve immune system and treat iron deficiency anemia. It’s also good for adults because of its positive impact on preventing cancer, cardiovascular system or urinary system related diseases. Beef is good, but balancing is more important. I always like adding different ingredients, such as vegetables or eggs when cooking meat, so I can get the most out of one single dish. One good example is to add ground beef to egg drop soup. You’ll notice this in all three recipes here. Now let’s dive into it!
