I mentioned yesterday this is our summer of grilling and we are jumping right in. Summer just screams for grilled fish. It is such a light dish on hot summer days and grilling out means no heating up the kitchen and it adds lots of flavor to your dishes. Whether you put it on a cedar plank or directly on the grill it doesn’t matter but grilling brings out a great flavor in the fish.
Verdict: I love salmon. Grilling it only makes it taste better to me. Marinating the fish before hand takes out some of the fishy flavor. Try not to overcook the fish so that it dries out.
My family loves this dish with a cous cous or green salad to complete the meal.
Ingredients: Directions:Grilled Salmon with Garlic Marinade
Remove the salmon from the marinade.
This sounds very nice, Marci.

Oh, that sounds delicious! I love Salmon too and usually use a simple marinade of olive oil, fresh lemon juice, paprika, salt, white pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. I let it marinate a couple of hours then He-Man grills it for us.
I’m going to give your marinade a try to change it up! 😀
