It is the end of September and it is such beautiful fall weather. The other day we went to a cider mill for fresh apple cider and apple donuts. I love driving through the countryside as the leaves are just beginning to change. There is not a lot of color here yet but it is coming. The days are in the 70s and the evenings are in the high 50s and low 60s. Perfect sleeping weather with the windows open.

We are back to watching football on Sundays. I love watching the Buffalo Bills. No, I am not a bandwagon fan but have been a fan going back to the Flutie years. Good and bad the Bills mafia is there for it all. So, we are making lots of fun foods for Sunday games. I had a couple extra cans of the small salad shrimp from making Grandma’s shrimp salad (click for link to recipe) and wanted to use them up. This was perfect with crispy veggies and chips.

Verdict: I love a cheesy hot dip and this is one. Taste and adjust the spices to your liking. Don’t like Old Bay? Add a smidge more garlic and mustard. Taste and make it your own!
