Roast Chicken

I roasted a chicken for dinner on Saturday.  It was really good and easy.

All I did was baste a chicken with butter, salt and pepper and baked it.  The skin was crispy and flavorful.  The chicken meat was moist and flavorful.

I saved the carcass and leftover meat to make chicken soup for another dinner.
