Even thought I am playing this silly little dinner game with myself I still have all the obligations I had before and tonight was one of those nights.  I found the quickest thing on my dinner list that I could prepare and off I went to two Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meetings.

Plain old-fashioned French Toast.  Store bought wheat bread dipped in an egg and milk mixture with a teaspoon of vanilla thrown in for flavor and cooked on the griddle.   Breakfast sausages quickly fried in the pan according to box directions and dinner was on the table in 15 minutes.

Not overly creative or fancy but it fit the game.
