Ham and Baked Potatoes

Tonight’s dinner was a change in my menu plan.  When we went grocery shopping there was a manager’s special on ham so suddenly I redid my menus for the next two weeks to add several dishes with ham in them.

Though the ham was a bit fatty it was still tasty.  All I did was stir brown sugar and yellow mustard together to form a glaze for the ham.  Baked according to the package directions and an hour and a half later had a delicious ham dinner with garlic green beans, carrots, cottage cheese and applesauce.
