Steak and Baked Potatoes

So in accessing our meals over the last few weeks I saw that we were lacking in red meat.  We eat lots of ground turkey, chicken and pork but love our steak every once in a while.

I marinated a flank steak in Italian Good Seasonings dressing for a couple of hours and then cut it into smaller steaks to broil.

We devoured it!  I had hoped to have enough for steak fajitas the next night but there was nothing left.   I served it with green beans with garlic, carrots and baked potatoes.  It was a meal fit for a king!
