Hawaiian Pizza

Sorry for the horrible picture.  It was done quickly before dinner was devoured!

This is a dish that I pull out every once in a while and every groans and complains about until they taste it and remember how much they actually love it.

I made it very easy this time starting with a pre-made pizza crust too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 store pizza crust – I used Boboli (which we love)
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1/2 can of chunked pineapple well-drained
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz. diced ham
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spread pizza sauce over pre-made crust.
  3. Sprinkle with ham, then pineapple and finally cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted and starting to brown – about 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. Let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

This was only out of the oven a few minutes before it was gone.  I love easy dinners!
