I needed something new to add to our dinner tonight and was running out of time to get a “new” dish on the table. We were having hamburgers with french fries (not at all creative tonight).
My kids love French Fries but they are not always my favorite. I decided to see if I could dress them up with some sort of dipping sauce rather than just boring old ketchup to make them a bit fancier.
I found this recipe for Garlic Aioli on Allrecipes.com and went from there. Let me say the fries were the first thing gone from the plate and the entire tray! It was delicious with Alexandria’s Sweet Potato Fries and I can’t wait to experiment with this mix in other foods. I am thinking it would be a great sandwich spread or dip for chips too.
