If nothing else tonight proves that I am a real mom with real kids.  Tuesdays are dance night in our house.  That means from 5:15 pm to 7:30 pm someone is at dance  class, returning from dance class or being picked up from dance class.  Plus I had a PTA meeting thrown in the middle of it all!

So tonight I resorted to Gorton’s Fish Fillets for dinner.  Not my proudest moment but they went over very well.  Everyone has their favorite.  My son prefers the Classic Halibut Fillets and my daughter prefers the Lemon Butter Salmon.  This is the Classic Tilapia with Alexandria’s Crinkle Cut Fries.   I love Alexandria’s fries because my son can actually eat them.  He is so excited when we find what he calls a “real” french fry!

Back to my schedule tomorrow with Italian Sausages, caramelized onions, peppers and feta cheese.  One of our favorites!
