This was one of my kids favorite dishes.  I made it easy by buying the lobster and mussels pre-cooked and flash frozen.  Working as a tax preparer this is our busiest season so anything I can do to make meal preparation easier I take advantage of it during this time of year.

The meal was lobster and mussels with pasta coated with garlic and parmesean cheese.  My children loved this.  I would have preferred fresh seafood but for a quick, easy meal it was really good.
