Being with my family I am not cooking much at all this week but here are some cookies we made.
This is the recipe that I used for the St. Patrick’s Day cookies (click for link to original recipe) only with Spring colors. I love the addition of the sprinkles into the batter to add a bit of color. I used 3 oz of the Jimmy Sprinkles, not the sugar ones, in blue, purple and pink. It is hard to see in the picture. Next time I will use the whole jar.
