Savory Meatloaf

As I look back over the last few days I notice we are having lots of comfort food. It is that time of year. I bought our first gallon of apple cider. It is still a bit early so it is really tart but soon it will be so sweet and good! We are looking for all the favorite meals we can have lately as we are all tired and not quite into the groove of the new schedules yet. It takes a few weeks and we will get there.

Verdict:

This meatloaf was amazingly delicious. I added a bit of extra Montreal Seasoning to ours so it had an extra peppery hit. If you like black pepper you may want to up the Montreal Seasoning to 2 teaspoons or even 3.

I served the meatloaf with corn and a green side salad to complete the meal.
