Our weather has take a strange turn. It was really very nice and cool out for about a week or so. Highs in the low 70s and high 40s and low 50s at night were perfect for me. We could open the windows at night and turn off the air conditioning. It was wonderful for sleeping. Now we have made a turn back to the 80s and 90s and lows in the mid 70s. I am ready for fall foods! So, I am charging ahead with my slow cooker.
This is a perfect meal for these days as the slow cooker doesn’t heat up the whole house and still lets you dive into the great fall flavors like pumpkin, apple, or cranberry. My daughter made this meal and was so impressed with herself! She loves the slow cooker and thinks it makes magic meals.
Verdict:
This was so delicious! The pork loin was juicy and the sauce added a delicious hint of sweetness. My daughter loved that when she made it the sauce easily pulled together and the leftovers were amazing the second day too!
We served this with a side of mashed potatoes, green beans, and a green side salad.
A slow cooker meal that creates a juicy pork loin and a sweet sauce for a topping. Ingredients: Directions:Cranberry Slow Cooker Pork Loin
Slow cooker meals are always my favorites.

Mine too! My kids will happily make dinner if I say it is slow cooker. Then they feel super good about themselves when they can say “I made dinner.”
