S’More Nachos

We were using up the last little bit of gas left in the tank of the grill the other day. We decided to try some S’more Nachos. They are regular S’More ingredients crumbled in layers in an aluminum foil pan. You can simply throw the pan away after you are all done! Super simple to make and clean up.


The gas on our grill ran out half way through cooking our nachos but they were still good. I popped the tray in the oven to finish softening the marshmallows. They didn’t brown as nicely as they do on the grill but they still tasted good. They are super rich and you can only eat a little bit but the kids loved them!

Tip: I recommend using an aluminum foil pan which you can just throw away when you are done.

S'More Nachos

A super sweet treat for dessert.


  • 1 package (paper container) of graham crackers broken into large pieces, more for dipping
  • 1 bag of mini or large marshmallow, minis cook MUCH faster
  • 4-6 Hershey bars or other chocolate candy of your choosing, broken into pieces


  1. Layer pieces of graham crackers, marshmallows, and pieces of chocolate in an aluminum foil pan. Place on indirect heat on your grill and cover for 15-25 minutes until melted.
  2. If cooking in oven preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes until melted and browning.
  3. Remove pan from grill and serve hot with extra graham crackers for dipping.
