Versatile Sheet Pan Pancakes

We are still having Breakfast for Dinner Thursday at our house. It is the one day of the week I really don’t need to think too much about dinner until we make it. Dinner is usually ready in less than 30 minutes and everyone helps get it ready. It makes it go so much quicker and we have a good time doing it!

Verdict: This is so easy! If you don’t have Bisquik, a brand name baking mix, there are lots of recipes online for making a version of it. It is great to have on hand to make dropped biscuits, pancakes, waffles, etc. on busy nights.

Add whatever you like to the batter to customize it for your family. You can mix ingredients or make the pan 1/2 and 1/2 for all members of your family.
