Garlic-Butter Steak Bites

Our grocery store had a great sale on beef in the past few weeks. I think because everyone was looking for turkeys and chickens they weren’t buying as much beef so it was on clearance. Makes me happy! I wanted us to have steak but each of my family can eat a pound of steak if I left them on their own. I didn’t have 3 1/2 to 4 pounds of steak so I wanted a way to get lots of flavor and stretch a smaller amount of steak.

Verdict: The entire family did not miss having extra meat. I actually had enough for extra servings for lunch the next day. Served with green beans and Mexican rice and beans this was delicious! The mustard sauce adds extra flavor for just a tiny bit of sauce.

With a green side salad we had a complete meal.
