More Super Bowl Sunday Recipes

Today we will see if our beloved Buffalo Bills make it to the Super Bowl. I am just amazed they have made it this far! Twenty-five years ago was the last time they made the playoffs. To be a Buffalo Bills fan is to be a true fan of the sport and the team. It has been along time to get to this point. Win or lose we will be watching the Super Bowl on February 7th.

Here are few dishes to get you in the football mood!

Mac and Cheese Pizza Bites (click for link to recipe)

These Mac & Cheese Pizza Bites are a super hit. They have the rich cheesy taste of macaroni and cheese in a small bite with the zestiness of pepperoni. Give them in a side of pizza sauce to dip into and your football fans will love you!

Blackberry Spinach and Feta Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette (click for link to recipe)

Whenever I serve football/party food I make sure I include at least one salad and fruit tray. Not everyone loves the real heavy and hearty appetizers or chili that is usually served during the game. Plus it makes me feel better when I serve my family a salad along with all the rich food.

Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Wings (click for link to recipe)

Last Christmas I chose an Air Fryer as a Christmas gift from my parents. I am so happy I chose it. I make Buffalo Chicken Wings all the time in it. The kids love the crispy texture of the wings in the air fryer versus the baked wings. But in our house they have to be in Buffalo sauce.

Barbecue Chicken French Bread Pizza (click for link to recipe)

Barbecue Chicken French Bread Pizza is a great alternative to regular pizza. Hollowing out a loaf of French Bread makes for a crispy crust and lots of gooey cheese and fillings. You can fill this loaf however you like (traditional pizza toppings, taco fillings, etc…) but it is always a hit at our house.

Banana Pudding Chessman Dessert (click for link to recipe)

This dessert is a take off on the traditional Southern Nilla Water Pudding dessert. Chessman are a super buttery cookie made by Pepperidge Farms in the US. Any rich butter cookie will do as a substitute but these cookies are delicious if you like butter cookies and they make this dessert over the moon delicious!

Hope you find something you like. Go Bills!

Yes! Seeing Diggs on the field after was heartbreaking. But, it means him coming back stronger next year.
