Happy Valentine’s Day! Pancakes for me are love. I made a post in 2016 about recreating our first Valentine’s Day. We were very poor and my favorite thing was Bisquik Pancake Mix (click for link to post). The most heartfelt gift I ever got, a box of pancake mix. My love language is obviously pancakes!

So I could eat pancakes 2-3 times a week and never tire of them. But, I prefer my pancakes for dinner not breakfast. I am not a lover of breakfast foods for breakfast but let me have them for dinner and I love them. Here are several flavored pancakes to try for breakfast or dinner.

These delicious pancakes with brown butter and pecans are always a hit. My nut adverse son even likes the pecans once they are toasted. I love the depth the brown butter adds to the flavor of the pancakes.

These thin crepe like pancakes have a great hit of cinnamon and nutmeg to give you that eggnog flavor without being overwhelming. I even like these pancakes and I don’t like eggnog!
