Pork Roast

This roast was the easiest dish I have made all week.  Salt and pepper roast and placed it in a roasting pan.  Baked at 350 and four hours later I had a moist, delicious roast.  We have enough meat to make a few dishes over the next few days and we all ate plenty!

So, for one week I have not repeated a dinner dish.  No falling back to spaghetti or hot dogs on those busy days like I normally do and everyone seems really happy to sit down to dinner together.  So far this game is a success.
