Do you and your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend have a song? This has been our song for as long as I can remember. I have always loved the third verse and as we are coming into the time in our life where we are older and our kids are getting bigger it seems even more poignant.

Every person has a different song that you share with them, sometimes it’s the same song for several people but the meaning is different. There are songs that are solely shared between you and your partner(s) and sometimes you don’t need a song to express your feelings as that is music enough. I have several songs that are attached to certain people and each of them is as cherished as the other. Not familiar with your song here or the artist but that’s the beauty of music, always something new to you to discover. Cheers : )

We love music, it’s so good for the soul! It’s hard to choose one song but before baby, “Free” by Zac Brown Band was my husband and I’s go to. We are not quite so free anymore 😊. We now love Eli Young Band’s “Saltwater Gospel.”

It’s nice to remember and go back over time to remember before kids. 😉

Me and hubby’s song is “The One” by Elton John. My personal fave throughout the years is “Nights in White Satin” by The Moody Blues, which I walked down the aisle to. 🙂

We didn’t do a reception so we didn’t dance to it, but our song that I also walked down the aisle to when we married is “Blessed The Broken Road” by Rascal Flatts.

He-Man and I don’t have a song, but Baby Girl and I have loads. We love musicals and sing so many of them. One of us will start a song, and the other jumps in so we’re a duet.
#1 Grandson is in! He’s singing with us now. 🙂
Your song is lovely!

My daughter’s first song to sing was “Fugue for Tin Horns” from Guys and Dolls. It was the cutest thing to see this 4 year-old singing, “I got the horse right here his name is Paul Revere…” lol. We love musicals!
