It has been about a week since I have even opened my blog. It has been crazy. I decided two weeks ago to not only take my tax class for my job two days a week (one hour drive each way) but that I wanted to become a travel agent. Crazy, I know. So, now I am getting that business set up and taking classes for that. I am specializing in Disney travel because I love Disney! The agency I am joining, Magical Moments Vacations,  is one that I had used in the past when I got too busy to plan my own trips. I love that I can still help all my friends and family plan trips and get paid for doing it. It costs the client nothing for my services and that was important to me whether you book with us or by yourself the prices are the same!

Then on top of that the board I chair has been going through quite a few changes as it grows. I love the work we do but will be happy after our event in November.  We are doing quite a bit right now between the election, a holiday concert for a fundraiser, and schools calling about issues with back-to-school stuff.

I am a mom, a parent, just like most of you. I work. I have busy kids. I am taking extra classes on top of everything and starting a business. Yes, these meals will be super simple for the next few weeks. Want cheater meals? Partially boxed or canned and partially homemade? This is where we are going to be for the next month. Hope you will follow along and lets encourage each other as we try to get dinner on the table and sit down and have some conversations with our family during the busy times of our life.
