Top Recipes for February 2020

Since the beginning of fall this recipe has been the most clicked on recipe on my blog and on my Pinterest page. Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Sauerkraut and Apples (click for link to recipe) is a great fall dish with tons of flavor. I can understand why this recipe continues to be at the top of the list!

Ground Beef Enchilada Verde (click for link to recipe) was the second most popular recipe on What’s for Dinner Moms? this month. A simple dish of ground beef, cheese, and enchilada verde sauce makes this a great week day meal for busy families.

Just like the pork chops these Reuben Style Hawaiian Slider Sandwiches (click for link to recipe) have been at the top of the most clicked recipes on the blog. My family loves these sandwiches and they are a great use for leftover corned beef. With St. Patrick’s Day coming up next month this is a good dish to have in the back of your head.

A second slider recipe, Italian Sliders (click for link to recipe), made the Top 5 list this month. These sandwiches have tons of flavor from the giardiniera that is chopped in the sandwiches. Yummy!

Shrimp Scampi Ravioli (click for link to recipe) has been at the near the top of my Pinterest page and blog for awhile now. The great part of this dish is that it is partially homemade (I use frozen ravioli) but it creates a dish that is similar to a restaurant meal in no time!

Hope you find something that your family will love!
