Day 112 – Hard to believe it is already the Fourth of July! Time is flying by. Well, we have now all celebrated our birthdays (4), St. Patrick’s Day, our Anniversary, graduation, Easter, Mother’s Day, Mama’s Day, Memorial Day, and now Independence Day in this pandemic. It in some ways seems so normal.
My birthday was the other day and it was nice and relaxing. I decided the gift I wanted for my birthday was to fix up our back yard and porches so we could really enjoy them this year. It doesn’t look like many things will be open and when I drive by the beaches (where we used to spend quite a bit of time during the summer) they are fairly crowded. So, I am having my family paint and refinish the decks. Then I am thinking some cute things to make the areas homey. We just started shopping but it is fun to think about using these spaces again.

I’m like a bird with an injured wing. It’s Avery slow process of healing. 4-6 weeks with a sling before physical therapy.
