Reuben Fritters (click for link to recipe)

This was the most popular recipe on my blog this month. These little nuggets of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese dipped in Thousand Islands dressing are yummy! Looking for something different for St. Patrick’s Day or for your leftover corned beef? These tasty little treats may be just perfect.
Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Sauerkraut (click for link to recipe)
This recipe has been at or near the top of recipes from “What’s for Dinner Moms?” for over a year now. It is simple and flavorful. A shot of vinegar with apples and sauerkraut adds flavor to the whole dish.
Gooey Butter Cake (click for link to recipe)

This is a first appearance at the top of my blog for Gooey Butter Cake. This Southern dish is made with a yellow cake mix for a simple and delicious dessert. This rich cake is best plain but you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of caramel sauce for a completely decadent dessert.
Shrimp Scampi Ravioli (click for link to recipe)

I love the meals that are semi homemade yet seem like restaurant meals. This recipe used frozen shrimp and cheese ravioli but add butter, wine, garlic, and cheese and you get a restaurant flavor meal. So simple and so tasty!
Vietnamese Pork Chops (click for link to recipe)

Vietnamese Pork Chops add a ton of flavor to a simple pork chop. I serve this with a simple buttered noodle and green beans to make a simple flavorful meal. Looking for something different to do with your pork chops? This is a good dish to try if you love Asian flavors.
So, which one are you going to try this month?
I do have to check out those shrimp ravioli!
