Every month I try to highlight the top three to five posts from the previous month in case you missed them. This month highlights are a salad, a pizza, and a slow cooker meal. We are definitely into the change of seasons.
I think everyone is caught between summer and fall right now. I posted earlier this month how this post was semi-viral. It is a delicious salad that my family loved and it is so refreshing on those last steamy summer nights. The original Watermelon and Feta Salad with Balsamic Reduction (click for link to original recipe) was the most viewed post this month.
This was my family’s most favorite dish of the month and the second most popular post on my blog. The flavorful beef with a bit of feta and tzatziki over the top makes a great cross over dish between summer and fall. The original recipe for Hummus Kofta Pizza (click for link to recipe) is super easy to make and would make a great back-to-school dish.
This recipe is an older one that has come back around with the back-to-school meals and change of seasons. Sauerkraut, pork and apples are always tasty together. This recipe for Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Sauerkraut and Apples (click for link to original recipe) is simple and delicious for fall!
Hope you find something you like! If you do please pin or share it. I would so appreciate it! Thanks!!!
